SunMed would like to inform you of a recall regarding the GreenLine\D Fiber Optic MacIntosh Size 3 Disposable Laryngoscope Blade. This recall includes lot numbers Gj and Ha. The lot number can be found printed on the outer box, printed on each pouch and stamped onto the green block in the heel of each blade. The recall is based on a concern of a possible defect of the clear, acrylic light bundle. Subsequently, there is potential for the bundle to break during use. Should you decide to return the products that you have, please return the affected products to AllMed, ATTN: RECALL. We will fully reimburse you for any returns of the SUNMED lots listed above. |
