The AllMed® BIG Green Head Immobilizer is a quality, cost effective product. This head immobilizer is made of comfortable but firm closed cell foam and has a contaminant resistant “rubberized” coating for repeated use. This unit comes complete with head blocks, backboard base, and padded chin and head straps. Hook and loop closure makes this unit infinately adjustable to accommodate different sizes and applications. The lime green color makes it easily identifiable in low light or in a busy ER. This thing won’t easily get lost in the shuffle.

Fits 16” and 18” board widths.
