The SAM-Sling™ is a non-invasive, easy to use, single-use device, which can be applied by Paramedics at the accident scene to individuals who have, or are suspected of having, a pelvic ring or lateral pelvic fracture.

The SAM-Sling effectively reduces and stabilizes unstable pelvic fractures. It can be quickly and safely applied on the scene, before transport or in an emergency department.

The SAM-Sling is the first and only pelvic belt or binder to contain a buckle programmed to engage when the correct, safe amount of constrictive pressure is applied. This protects the patient from further injury.
