SAM® OnScene Patient Assessment for EMS Personnel is not just another pocket guide.The SAM® OnScene Patient Assessment Guide is a durable, water-proof, write-and-wipe note pad containing essential assessment questions for the most common emergency calls. Frequently asked questions can be answered by yes or no or by circling a selection. This product, supplied with a "Sharpie®" permanent marker, is easily cleaned with a cloth dampened with alcohol or an alcohol swab. The 4" x 8" guide fits in jean pockets or thigh cargo pockets.

The knee board secures to the thigh by a wide elastic strap and Velcro™. This sturdy guide holder is an ideal container for the OnScene Guide, marking pens, triage tags and other essentials. One size fits all and it is available in orange or black.
