ORDER POLICIES:
- Place your orders by toll-free phone (888-633-6908), toll-free fax (800-425-5633), Internet, email, or US Mail, whichever is most convenient for you.
- Orders received before 3:00 p.m. (Central Time) for in-stock items ship the same day, after 3:00 p.m. will ship the following business day. Items not in stock normally ship within 10 business days. You can expect a delay for customized merchandise, items on backorder from the manufacturer, or oversized items.
- Orders less than $75 are subject to a $5 minimum order fee.
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Money Orders, Certified Checks, Company Checks or Electronic Fund Transfer Individuals not paying by credit card must pre-pay with Money Order, Certified Check, or Electronic Fund Transfer. All Overseas orders $200.00 or more must be paid by Electronic Fund Transfer. There will be an additional $30.00 bank fee for all Electronic Fund Transfers.

- AllMed is required to collect sales tax on shipments. Applicable state and local sales tax for your location will be added to your order. Exempt organizations must have a signed exemption or resale certificate on file, with AllMed, otherwise we are required to collect sales tax.
SALE OF RESTRICTED ITEMS:
- AllMed must have on file written authorization from the physician acting as Medical Director for your service (or the responsible physician at your place of business) for us to be able to ship you any pharmaceuticals and legend products.
Please download and fill it out the correct form for your service. Then return a signed copy to us via fax or mail.
- AllMed restricts the sale of products that identify the holder or wearer as a member of any law enforcement agency, EMS, or Fire service or any other government agency. These products include but are not limited to badges, patches, nameplates, and insignia. All orders for these products must be submitted on department letterhead and with proper identification. All badge orders will be shipped to your department or service only.
