Ordering
  • Place your orders by toll-free phone, toll-free fax, Internet, email, or US Mail, whichever is most convenient for you.
  • Orders received before 1:00 pm (Central Time) for in-stock items ship the same day, after 1:00 pm will ship the following business day. Items not in stock normally ship within 10 business days. You can expect a delay for customized merchandise, items on backorder from the manufacturer, or oversized items.
  • Orders less than $75 are subject to a $5 minimum order fee.
  • We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Money Orders, Certified Checks, Company Checks or Electronic Fund Transfer. Individuals not paying by credit card must pre-pay with Money Order, Certified Check, or Electronic Fund Transfer. All Overseas orders $200.00 or more must be paid by Electronic Fund Transfer. There will be an additional $30.00 bank fee for all Electronic Fund Transfers.
  • Sorry, we are unable to ship C.O.D. to individuals.
  • Businesses and Organizations may apply for a Net 30 Open Account.

  • Published prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct any errors. If you would like a bid or price quote for large volume orders, just let us know and we'll be glad to respond. Please allow 3 business days to respond.
  • Alliance is required to collect sales tax on shipments to Oklahoma, Kansas, Florida, Texas, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Iowa. Please add applicable state and local sales tax for your location. Exempt organizations must have a signed exemption or resale certificate on file, with Alliance, otherwise we are required to collect sales tax.
Returns
    If not fully satisfied for any reason, please let us know! If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:
  • Within 5 days of receiving your order, please contact Customer Care at 888-633-6908 or email customercare@allmed.net for an Authorization to Return (ATR) number. Orders not returned within 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Write the ATR# on a copy of the packing slip and enclose in package. Also write the ATR# on the shipping label provided, and place on outside of box.
    Packages will be refused if ATR# is not visible on outside of box.
  • Returned items must be in new condition in original packaging, unsoiled and with labels and/or tags attached.
  • Some items are non-returnable unless due to our error or are damaged in shipment. Included are special order or customized items, sterile products, pharmaceuticals, prescription products, and clothing which has been worn, laundered, or hemmed to 30" or less.
  • PANTS RETURN POLICY: Pants hemmed to 30" or less, or any other way customized, are non-returnable. Others may be returned for an even exchange of another pair of equal price. If returning, but not reordering, a restocking fee will apply.
Shipping & Handling

  • Alliance Medical pays regular ground shipping for orders within the continental U.S. for established open account customers, except dealers. Expedited delivery is available at an added expense, see below.
  • All non-open account orders within the continental U.S. use the STANDARD CONTINENTAL U.S. SHIPPING & HANDLING table below. There is a $2.25 residential handling fee added to residential orders. Truckline deliveries may incur additional charges.

  • All medications requiring a refrigeration shipment will require a special Styrofoam shipping cooler, and will be enclosed with an ice pack upon shipping. Shipments will occur on Monday,Tuesday,and Wednesday. The shipment will be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air only. There will be a $5.00 handling fee applied to the order in addition to the shipping charge, due to the special shipping containers used, and 2nd day delivery service.
  • Due to rising fuel prices, shipping companies have added a fuel surcharge to our shipping cost. We reserve the right to add these charges to your order.
  • ALL orders outside the continental U.S., (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APOs/FPOs, and International), will be sent via USPS and charged actual shipping cost.
  • ALL EXPEDITED orders, (NEXT DAY, 2ND DAY, Etc), within the continental U.S. will be charged actual shipping cost. Expedited orders placed after 1:00 P.M. (Central Time) will incur a $10.00 handling fee.
  • ALL EXPEDITED orders, (NEXT DAY, 2ND DAY, Etc), outside the continental U.S., (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APOs/FPOs, and International), are subject to availability and will be charged actual shipping cost and a $20.00 handling fee.
  • Please note, we cannot ship EXPEDITED packages to P.O. Boxes, and restrictions may apply.
  • Some items may not be available for sale on International orders.

  • SALE OF RESTRICTED ITEMS: Alliance Medical restricts the sale of products that identify the holder or wearer as a member of any law enforcement agency, EMS, or Fire service or any other government agency. These products include but are not limited to badges, patches, nameplates, and insignia. All orders for these products must be submitted on department letterhead and with proper identification. All badge orders will be shipped to your department or service only.
